What is your title of
your book?
“Werewolves Can’t Fly”
Where did the idea come
from for the book?
I wrote a short story,
“Flight to Joy” about a woman who could fly, and she formed a relationship with
another man and a werewolf. But later I wondered what would happen next.
Because werewolves can’t fly.
What genre does your
book fall under?
Paranormal erotic
romance.
Which actors would you
choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?
Robert Downey Jr and
Jude Law as the two men because the chemistry between them is excellent, and
Winona Ryder for Mermae.
What is the one-sentence
synopsis of your book?
How can a relationship
between two people who can fly and a werewolf work, when werewolves can’t fly?
Is your book
self-published or represented by an agency?
Published by an epress.
How long did it take you
to write the first draft of your manuscript?
Maybe two weeks.
What other books would
you compare this story to within your genre?
I’ve never heard of
another book with a premise like mine, but I’ve written several other werewolf
stories, “Dogged Pursuit”, and “Were the Hell”.
What else about your
book might pique the reader’s interest?
There are cameo
appearances in the book by Dwyer and Nelson, the heroes of “Dogged Pursuit”.
Mermae joined Kade and Iain four months ago. Halloween is almost here
and Iain, a werewolf, is desperate for them to commit to each other. But how
can they keep their secrets in a city? And if they move how will they earn
money and live?
Seeking help from mated werewolves Dwyer and Nelson, Iain gets
permission to run on Halloween at their secure farm and use their hidden cabin.
The mating is wonderful, but all their other problems remain unresolved. Is
there a solution for them?
